PARKING AT FIRST CHURCH FOR FEBRUARY WALKS
It has come to our attention that First Church sells their parking lot spaces to downtown workers Monday thru Friday. Please be aware that you cannot park in any of the church parking areas from 6:00 a.m. thru 6:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday or on Sunday until 1:00 p.m. or after. You will need to park in a pay parking lot to the East or to the North of the church or on the street. A reminder announcement will be made to the Community at Send-Off, and there will be signs posted at each entrance to the Church.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

| Walks 117 & 118 Setup & Teardown
What an awesome God we have!
We currently have 16 men and 33 women signed up for Walks 117 and 118. Having this many Pilgrims means we are going to need a lot of help to get First UMC ready for the Pilgrims and Team to begin their Walk to Emmaus. Also, this is going to be an interesting set of walks, setup wise. Due to First Church's location, downtown, and limited parking space, we can't keep the Emmaus trailer on site during the walks. We will have to unload everything from the trailer, and then the trailer gets carried away. The trailer will be brought back after the women's walk. With this in mind, we especially need help unloading on Wednesday and loading the trailer on Sunday. For planning purposes, see the dates and times listed below for setup and tear down activities for both walks.
On Wednesday, February 10th, we will be unloading the trailer and setting up for Men's Walk #117. The trailer will arrive around 4:00 and we will begin unloading at 5:00 p.m. We have everything to unload from the trailer and would greatly appreciate your help.
On Sunday, February 14th, at 6:00 am, we will have to move all Emmaus "stuff" out of the rooms we've used to "storage" areas before church services begin. We also have to return the rooms to their original configuration by 8:00 am.
On Wednesday, February 24th, we will be setting up for Women's Walk #118 at 5:00 pm.
On Sunday, February 28th, we will have two moves. At 6:00 am, we will have to move all Emmaus "stuff" out of the rooms we've used to a "storage" area before church services begin. We also have to return the rooms to their original configuration by 8:00 am. The trailer will arrive a 1 pm, after church services, and everything will be loaded into it then.

| Fourth Day Meetings for Walks 117 & 118
Due to scheduling conflicts at First Church, Fourth Day meetings for Walks 117 and 118 will be held on Thursday at 7:00PM instead of on Tuesday after the Walks.
